Our Members Area has moved!

All our services (including resources, strategies and bookings) are now accessed via our PiXL Portal for which you need your own individual login. Please speak to your Headteacher or RSL who must add you as a Contact to invite you to the Portal to create this individual username and password for yourself. Guidance for them is available to download.

We know the majority of you have already done this and so you can go straight to the Portal for all services using the link above. You may wish to bookmark that as your PiXL homepage now.

If you are not yet set up on the Portal at all, your Specialist is trying to make contact this week to offer help.

In order to provide every opportunity to register and access the PiXL Portal, this old way of logging in using the whole school username and password will remain open for a grace period while you are getting fully set up on the Portal.

Please note this temporary access will close on Monday 22nd September at 17:00. Ensure you have access to the PiXL Portal by then to avoid any interruption to service. If you have any questions, please contact admin@pixl.org.uk.

Our Members Area has moved!

We launched our upgraded PiXL Portal on 14th July. This legacy area of our system can now be accessed through a log in to our new portal.

Your whole school login (e.g., AB1234) will no longer be used as the main gateway login. You and your staff now need individualised logins to the portal.

If you are a Headteacher or RSL, you will have been invited to our Specialist and Networking portal launched in October 2024. If you migrated to our upgraded PiXL Portal you can log in there and continue as normal. If not, follow the instructions relevant to you below, or contact us at admin@pixl.org.uk.

Import your staff contacts to the portal. They will receive invitations to set up their own login. Staff receive Read Only access by default; you can elevate permissions for up to 6 people. Full guide available on the portal homepage.

It's not too late! To renew, email renewals@pixl.org.uk. If you were already set up on the PiXL Portal, you'll regain access once renewal is processed.
